WEEK 6 - Wood Stock - Oil on Canvas 10" x 10"

Sold to a private Collection
Our winter here has delivered a bit more snow than usual. Our neighbor took a tree down and piled the wood along the side of the road, with all the snow we've had I thought it made for a great painting.

    Nice Dave, this one invokes memories for me. I jump right into this painting for some reason; it takes me back to my time in P.G.

    I love splitting wood, so every time I see a pile like this I want to grab an axe.
